Born in Turin on 20 April 1963, she graduated with full marks in Law from the University of Turin in December 1990.

She subsequently deepened her knowledge of civil law through post-graduate training courses, constant updating with participation in courses and conferences, and deepening her knowledge of the English language through Legal English courses.

She joined the Milan Bar Association in November 1993 and obtained the title of Lawyer in 1996.

From 1998 onwards she also took on roles as a sports judge and referee, especially in equestrian disciplines.

After a long and fruitful collaboration with a well-known Milanese law firm, in February 2003 she began his own professional activity by founding his own Law Firm.

In 2011 she acquired the title of Cassation Lawyer, starting to practice also before the higher jurisdictions.

Bound by a consolidated professional relationship of over twenty years with the founding partners of the Buccellato Law Firm, today she is a founding partner of the associated firm.

She has concentrated her activity in the civil sector, both in contentious and extrajudicial matters, with particular interest in contract, corporate, family and inheritance law and in the area of ​​support and consultancy for business activities. She currently also offers consultancy and assistance to a London-based company, which offers compliance, governance and support services to Italian clients, including for real estate transactions in Italy and Europe.

She has over thirty years of experience in the procedural field. Her deep knowledge of the dynamics of the process has allowed her to operate according to a logic of conflict prevention and in any case of early management of critical issues.

She favors a personalized approach with the Client, aimed at developing an effective relationship of trust and essential to acquire all useful information for the management of the mandate, thus being able to offer tailor-made solutions, with a holistic vision and the ability to activate synergies even with different professional skills to satisfy the Client’s needs.
