He graduated with honors in Law from the University of Milan; he is a member of the Milan Bar Association and is authorized to practice before the Supreme Court of Cassation and other higher courts.

Since 1999 he has been a lecturer in the chair of criminal procedural law at the University of Milan and actively collaborates with prestigious academic names and university professors of various law subjects

In 2003 he founded the Buccellato Law Firm, a small professional firm that over the years has developed and consolidated to the point of establishing a new entity, “BMS & Partners – Avvocati Associati”, which operates in multiple fields of law.

He has gained extensive experience in the field of corporate compliance, commercial law and criminal law; as an expert in corporate law, he is now a consultant for important companies in the industrial, real estate, financial and healthcare sectors with particular professional expertise in international contracts, corporate governance and corporate compliance.

He is the author of various publications on procedural-criminal matters published in important legal journals.
