Professional who operates mainly in the sector of civil law and in particular family, personal and minor law at both a national and international level.

Graduated from the University of Milan, she is registered with the Milan Bar Association; she gained her professional experience in the field of civil law at two Milanese law firms and since 2003 she has contributed to founding the Buccellato Law Firm until she is now a co-founding partner of BMS & Partners – Avvocati Associati.

She attended several advanced courses and in 2011 she obtained a master’s degree in family law. In 2015 she obtained, with full marks, the 2nd level Master’s degree in forensic psychiatry and clinical addictions in developmental age at the University of Rome “La Sapienza” discussing the thesis “The right of the minor to bi-parenting between the jurisdiction and protection system”.

During 2021, he attended the training course for Special Curator of Minors at the Forense Foundation of Milan and in 2022 he participated in the Master in Parental Coordination at the Family Studies Center of Milan.

In the context of the crisis of the family of family relationships, he has developed the conviction that heated conflicts can be addressed, managed and attenuated through serious and responsible collaboration by all professionals who operate in this delicate sector in order to find valid agreements together in compliance with mutual parental roles and above all in compliance with the preeminent interests of minor children and their rights in order to avoid unnecessary traumas.

She is a supporter and careful disseminator of the “Charter of Children’s Rights” in the separation of parents drawn up by the Authority for the Protection of Children and Adolescents (www.garanteinfanzia.org).
